Have you ever thought about volunteering with the Air Cadet Program? If you’d like to get involved on the civilian (rather than military) side, you’ll need to become a member of the Air Cadet League of Canada, through the Quebec and Ottawa Valley Provincial Committee (QOVPC).
Any individual wishing to become a member of the QOVPC must, in order to do so, meet the following membership requirements:
- Be a legal resident of Canada or a Canadian citizen living abroad;
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Have a genuine interest in the League’s objectives;
- Have followed the registration and screening procedure specified in the General By-laws (CPQVO-401); and
- Have had their membership confirmed in accordance with current policies.
Serving members of the Canadian Forces (Regular and Reserve) who work directly in the Air Cadet Program, civilian instructors associated with the Cadet Program, and cadets are not eligible to be members of the QOVPC.
