Finally a new website

It's taken much longer than I thought, but it's finally ready.

The main objective for this new site is to provide all our members with access to the documents and tools that they need on a daily basis. We have tried to make it user friendly and intuitive. If we haven't gotten it quite right, please let us know. It's a work in progress and it will continue to evolve over time in order to better address your needs and questions.

Another objective of this site is to better inform cadets, parents and the public about the work done by the Air Cadet League of Canada (Québec and Ottawa Valley). The site reflects the evolution of the program and respects the division of responsibilities between the League and the Canadian Armed Forces.
