October 18<\/td>85th<\/sup> Annual General Assembly (AGM) of the QOVPC – online<\/td><\/tr>
October 31<\/td>– SSCs must ensure that all new members have completed basic training and that the treasurer has completed treasurer training.

– Coordinators <\/strong>must ensure that the chair of each SSC in their region has completed chairperson training.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
November 1st<\/sup><\/td>– Property insurance policy 2026-2027 comes into effect for SSCs that have submitted the completed CPQVO-307 form.<\/td><\/tr>
November 15<\/td>Deadline for SSCs to send the first payment of the annual assessment to the provincial office.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
December 31<\/td>Final date for SSCs with a charity number to submit their financial documents to the Canada Revenue Agency (ACC9, T3010, T1235, and financial statements as of June 30) and, for SSCs located in Quebec, to Revenu Qu\u00e9bec (ACC9, TP-985.22, and financial statements as of June 30).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
February 1st<\/sup><\/td>Deadline for SSCs to send the second payment of the annual assessment to the provincial office.<\/td><\/tr>
February 28<\/td>– Final date for holding local Effective Speaking and Chairperson\u2019s Award competitions. Provide the regional coordinator with the contact details of the winner of each competition.

– Deadline for SSC registered as charities to send official tax receipts to their donors.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
March 1st<\/sup><\/td>Deadline to submit to the regional coordinator the application form for one cadet in your squadron for the provincial post-secondary scholarship (CPQVO-203), unless the regional coordinator has provided a different date<\/td><\/tr>
March 31st<\/sup><\/td>– Deadline for submitting the nomination form (CPQVO-110) for one or two members of your SSC to be selected for a Certificate of Merit to the provincial office (permanence@cadetsair.ca<\/a>), with a copy to your regional coordinator.

– Deadline for submitting the date of your annual review to the provincial office (permanence@cadetsair.ca<\/a>).

– Deadline for coordinators<\/strong> to send the results of their regional effective speaking competition to
the provincial office (communications@cadetsair.ca<\/a>).

– Deadline for coordinators<\/strong> to send the results of their regional competition for the Chairperson’s Award and the regional candidate’s complete file (CPQVO- 201, 202 and 224) to the provincial office (permanence@cadetsair.ca<\/a>)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
April 1st<\/sup><\/td>Deadline for cadet applications for national post-secondary scholarships. There may be more than one application per squadron<\/td><\/tr>
April 30<\/td>– Final date for holding local Effective Speaking and Chairperson\u2019s Award competitions. Provide the regional coordinator with the contact details of the winner of each competition.

– Deadline for coordinators to submit the applications of cadets in their region for the provincial post-secondary scholarship (CPQVO-203) to the provincial office
