Aviation Day 2015
Aviation Day is the biggest Air Cadets gathering of Canada! In 2015, more than 1 000 cadets from Quebec and Ottawa Valley gathered together to share their interest in aviation field. The main objective of that event is to inform cadets from 12 to 18 years old about aviation and all the jobs that are possible in that field with many flights in civilian and military aircrafts (which is not easy to do out of the Air Cadet Program), conferences, challenges, discovering activities and exhibitors. Aviation Day always ends with an impressive parade on the 438 Tactical Helicopter Squadron tarmac under the honorary presidency of an inspiring personnality for our youth, tomorrow’s leaders!

– Denis Guindon, Director-General for Civil Aviation.

Vintage Wings of Canada
Vintage Wings aicrafts were at the Aviation Day 2015, not only to be admired, but also to offer a unique experience to some cadets. More than 20 cadets had the chance to fly in those historic aircrafts, that have been used during World War II.
